#The100DayProject is a free art project that takes place online. Every spring,
thousands of people all around the world commit to 100 days of exploring their
creativity. I participated this year with the theme of 100 ways to reduce stress & lower
anxiety levels, all done with brush lettering styles.

#The100DayProject ist ein Online-Kunstprojekt. Jedes Jahr im Frühling nehmen
Tausende Kreative daran teil und versuchen 100 Tage lang, ihre Kreativität mit
einem Projekt zu beflügeln. Heuer, 2019, nahm ich mit einem Projekt teil, in dem ich 100 verschiedene Möglichkeiten vorstellte, wie man Stress reduzieren kann, in verschiedenen
Brush-Lettering-Stilen.
